西外教师志愿者代表发言

亲爱的同学们、老师们，早上好！

我是小学部的一名老师，今天很荣幸能代表西外所有的老师们，欢迎从广西都安县保安乡中学和上镇小学的老师和小蜜蜂们，还有爱心蚂蚁志愿者们。欢迎你们回家！

去年也是在这个春暖花开的五月里，我们成功举行了小蜜蜂计划，上一届的小蜜蜂们带着西外师生给他们的美好祝福和礼物，与他们大山里的同学一起分享。通过小蜜蜂计划活动，他们的眼界开阔了，他们知道一定要努力读书考上好大学，走出大山，学到知识本领后，再回来建设他们的大山。他们在班级里树立了一个积极向上的榜样，激励他们的同学参加本届的小蜜蜂计划。

今天第二届西外小蜜蜂计划开始了。他们在爱心蚂蚁志愿者的帮助带领下，从上镇乡到南宁市做了一天的大巴车，接着第二天又坐上长达26个小时的硬座火车来到了我们当中。

孩子们、志愿者们你们一路辛苦了！

希望你们在西外这一周的学习和生活中，能体验到西外师生的热情和关爱。相信学校领导的鼎力支持、老师们的精心准备、同学们的友好接待。一定会给你们留下美好的回忆。同时我们也能从你们的身上认识到我们所缺乏的，比如说爱惜粮食、勤俭节约。

老师期望西外的同学们和小蜜蜂们一起在这一周里互相学习，看对方的长处。凡事包容、凡事相信，凡事盼望，凡事忍耐。让我们之间传递的是爱，爱是永不止息的。这就是爱的真谛！

Dear teachers and students.

Good morning.

I am a teacher in the Primary Department. I am very pleased to represent all the teachers here to welcome the students from Bao An Village in Guangxi Province, and the volunteers of Alma Anta International volunteer Organization. Welcome you come back again.

Last May, Alma Anta organized a group of "little bees" from the Guangxi Mountains to visit our school. They learned and stayed with us for a week. They felt love from everyone in our school, and they took this grace back to the mountains, sharing it with their classmates. Today, the "little bees" have come back again with expectation and excitement.

They traveled to Nan Ning city from their village by bus for a whole day, the next day they traveled by train for 26 hours to Shanghai with only seat tickets. Although, the children are tired, they are grateful and joyful. We are so proud of them.

I believe that with support from our school, and a warm repetition from our Xiwai students, they will have a beautiful memory in their lives, and at the same time we can learn lots of good things from them, like saving food, and being diligent and thrifty

Finally, we hope they have a wonderful week in Xiwai.
