元宵节 

元宵节，又称上元节、小正月、元夕或灯节，是春节之后的第一个重要节日，在这一天，西外小学双语国际课程部的孩子们是如何庆祝佳节，为新年画上一个完美的句号呢？ 

元宵节有书作伴！伴随着活泼可爱的开场舞，读书漂流活动开始啦！

孩子们从家中带来自己喜爱的图书，摆起小小书摊，以西外币为货币进行交换，让图书漂流起来，让知识漂流起来。热热闹闹的书市，对读书充满热情的孩子们，给元宵节添了一笔更红火的色彩。

书市结束后，孩子们将饱含祝福的七彩小圆子送给同学们，老师们，家长们，暖流在每个人心中流淌。

在团圆的元宵节，书的香气浸润了汤圆，汤圆的甜蜜氤氲到心田。愿新的一年里，孩子们在知识的陪伴下快乐成长！

元宵节“读书秀”

Two festivals “collided” at XiWai today!!! Lantern Festival and “100th Days” of school. In China, we celebrate the end of the Chinese New Year celebration with hanging beautiful lanterns and sharing riddles. It is the last big celebration that welcomes each new year. In the United States, we celebrate the 100th day of school. Teachers plan activities centered around the number 100. They put up displays, practice counting to 100. Some classes mark a day off a big calendar, each day, until the 100th day. Many teachers do many exciting and interesting activities. So, from XiWai Primary we wish you a successful new year and many happy days not just 100! Happy Lantern Festival!
